Our Approach

Finding the right psychologist is about more than just techniques, it is about feeling truly seen, heard and supported. My approach is grounded in warmth, compassion and a deep belief in the power of human connection. Together, we'll create a safe and inclusive space when you can explore your challenges, strengthen your relationships and reconnect with your own resilience and capacity for growth. There are four pillars of my work that are of deep importance

Cultivating Connections

At the heart of my work is the belief that healing begins with connection, connection to ourselves, connection to those we care about, and connection to the world around us. In therapy, I aim to create a warm compassionate and non-judgmental space where you feel genuinely seen and heard. I believe that when we feel safe enough to explore our vulnerabilities, we open the door to real insight and change.

Whether you come to therapy as an individual, couple family or part of a group, my focus is on building strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. This foundation allows us to work collaboratively to understand your distress, make sense of your experiences, and move toward meaningful growth. Together, we cultivate a deeper connection not only within our work, but also within your life outside of therapy.

Honouring Intersectionality
The Healing Power of Relationships

I believe that relationships have an extraordinary capacity to heal. Many of the difficulties we face are shaped and can be transformed within the context of our relationships. My approach is grounded in empathy, respect and a deep commitment to helping you strengthen these bonds.

I have a special interest in working with couples and families, supporting them to navigate life' challenges, improve communication, and foster closer more resilient connections. By exploring relational patterns and learning new ways of relating, therapy can become a powerful space for growth and reconciliation.

Whether you're looking to repair trust, deepen intimacy, or simply understand each other better, I see relationships as an essential resource for healing and transformation.

A Compassionate Partnership.

I am deeply committed to honouring the unique intersection or identities, experiences and cultural context that shape each person's story. We all carry layer identities including race, gender, sexuality, ability, family roles, faith and many more. All of which can influence how we see ourselves, relate to others and move through the world.

In our work together, I strive to create a space that is not only safe and affirming but also deeply attentive to the ways these intersecting identities impact your life and healing journey. My approach is open and supportive of LGBTQI+ individuals, diverse family structures, and people from a wide range of cultural and social backgrounds.

Drawing on over a decade of experience in the NHS, academia and private practice, I integrate evidence based therapies including, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Family and Systemic Therapy, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focussed Therapy - in a way that respects and empowers your full authentic self.

Being a psychologist is a deep privilege. It is an honour to walk alongside people as they grow in self understanding, strengthen their relationships and reconnect with their sense of purpose and compassion.

I believe that therapy works best as a true partnership. One built on trust, empathy and genuine collaboration. In our work together, you are not just a client but an active participant in your own healing. I will support you in exploring difficult emotions, celebrating your progress and navigating setbacks with kindness and patience.

My goal is to empower you to drawn on your own strengths, resilience, and inner wisdom, so that you can create meaningful and lasting change in your life. Together, we can build a foundation for deeper self-acceptance, stronger connections, and a life that feels more aligned to who you truly are.
